Pipeline 从公开来源（书、演讲、采访、社媒）蒸馏出 mental model、决策启发式和表达 DNA，每条来源按 4 维可靠性 rubric 评分。结果落到 src/content/mentors/<slug>/ ，，新 mentor 自动加入评审团。中断后恢复用： /persona-forge --resume <slug> 。
